EASY GOLF is an internet platform, providing golf clubs, hotels and providers of golf products and services, such as manufacturers of golf equipment, merchants, travel agencies, to present and offer their range of services on the internet.

EASY GOLF provides customers to find current information, book green fees or hotel accomodations and prepare and conclude contracts with the parties offering their services.

EASY GOLF is owned and operated by Golf Travel International Ltd. (furthermore Golf Travel International).

Golf Travel International is not the the operator of any hotels or golf clubs presented on the website and has no influence on the individual clubs´ and/or hotels´ services. Golf Travel International also has no influence on any other offers presented on this website. Contracts are concluded directly between the customer and the golf club, the hotel or the other suppliers. Golf Travel International does not act as an agent or broker and, thus, is not liable for range or type of the services in the contract concluded, but provides only a presentation and information platform. Golf Travel International thus is not liable for nature, extent and quality of the performance of the contract concluded between customers and the golf clubs, the hotels or the other suppliers, nor does it guarantee for a party´s credit rating. Thus, Golf Travel International is not liable for the performance of any services on offer. Content and scope of the mutual obligations and their performance has to be agreed upon directly between the customer and the golf club, the hotel or the other suppliers without the involvement of Golf Travel International. In particular, Golf Travel International has no influence on whether a course booked with a golf club can actually be played, the tee times can be kept to, etc. Golf Travel International also has no influence on the contractual provisions of the golf clubs or other suppliers, their rules and organisation.

All prices shown are the responsibility of the individual golf club, hotel or other supplier. Prices for accomodation are shown per person per night, unless otherwise specified. Prices for tee times (green fees) are shown per person and normally for 18 holes (2 x 9 holes), unless otherwise specified. We are unable to give compensation or discount after you have made you booking if they are available at a lower price elsewhere.

A booking is confirmed when you have used this website to make a booking and when we have received payment in full for the booking. You will be notified of the booking via e-mail or a text message to a mobile phone of your choice. A charge may apply for notification to mobile phones.

The booking is not transferable, but the golf club or the hotel might at its own discretion transfer your booking to another person on request. We strongly suggest that you contact EASY GOLF as soon as possible to check this if you are unable to stay and/or to play.

Payments are made through the website at the time of booking. The following methods of payment are acceptable:

• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards
• Bank Transfer

Payment by cash or cheque is not acceptable.

You may change numbers or cancel your tee times or accommodation at any time provided that the person who originally booked gives notification to us in writing. All amendments are subject to availability and we may not always be able to fulfil your request. In the event of a reduction in numbers or cancellation, prior to the final balance being paid, we will retain the deposit paid by (or due from if still outstanding) each person cancelling as a cancellation fee. Cancellations made after final balances have been paid will result in forfeiture by the person(s) cancelling of all monies paid or due at that time. In the event of any other amendments, you must pay in addition all costs incurred by us in making the amendment together with any costs or charges incurred or imposed by any of the golf clubs, hotels or other suppliers concerned. In particular, if numbers change so that there is an odd number remaining in the party, single room supplements will apply.

If for any reason a golf club or a hotel changes your tee times or accommodation, we cannot accept any liability for the changes to your booking, or responsibility for any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any changes. As part of our service we will do everything possible to arrange an alternative with the golf club or the hotel, on a goodwill basis and in our capacity as a booking platform.

If you do not turn up to play golf or you do not appear at the hotel no refund will be given.

From time to time, golf clubs may need to cancel your bookings, but this is rare. This can be due to bad weather or other unforeseen reasons. In these cases the club will offer you an alternative tee time or a refund of your green fee.

From time to time starting times can be running late, but the clubs starter will keep you informed about this when you first arrive at the club.

It is up to the club to decide what happens if the course is closed before you complete the round or if course maintenance or winter playing conditions restrict its use.

You should arrive at the hotel until 18:00 of the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 18:00, it is up to you to contact the hotel for a late check-in. Give them your voucher copy with your booking reference number and they will confirm your accommodation and other relevant information.

You should arrive at the course in good time on the day of play and report to the starter or clubhouse no later than 30 minutes before you are due to play. Give them your EASY GOLF voucher copy with your booking reference number and they will confirm you starting time and other relevant information.

Most golf clubs operate a dress code or course etiquette and we suggest that you check the club´s/course´s website for this before your visit. If you don´t follow the local dress code and etiquette, the club can refuse to let you play. If you or members of your group are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will be refused access. In this case there is no refund of your green fee.

You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.

You understand that you are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the website for lawful purposes only. In particular, you must not use the website:

• for any fraudulent purposes;
• in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity;
• to send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing;
• in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right;
• in any way which is otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable;
• in any way which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any "spam"; or
• to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.

Any personal data you enter into our website directly or include in any message to us will be subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 and you are responsibility for its accuracy and relevance and must have the authority to disclose it and for us to utilise it for the purposes of any transaction conducted for you or by you through our website.
